Caught this 16 inch flounder last night flipping gulp around some pilings off the ICW. Saw some bait scatter like it was being chased so I flipped over in about a foot of water and quickly worked the lure back above some rocks, and this guy picked it up. Flounder are starting to move in shallow in preparation for this years spawn
