This is a pacific sanddab. Fishing in 250 FOW over sandy bottom. When rockfishing Once you start catching These little guys you've drifted off hard rock bottom. They make excellent bait for lingcod but are much better on the dinner plate.

      @seaturtles haha kind of. They are pretty small the average size is about 8 inches big ones get max around 16in. They taste just like halibut or flounder
