This is the California Marine State fish the garibaldi. Used a dropshot set up to keep the bait suspended in the zone. Garibaldi are found over rocky shorelines and kelp beds. The guys are bulldog fighters pulling drag even this small! You can typically find them around the base of pier pilings during high tide munching on muscles that come loose.
