Went out this morning on the water by 6am. Headed over to the surf in the gulf just outside the jettis. The fish were steady biting.. Popping cork and shrimp and Hackberry Hustlers. IF YOU FISH DOWN HERE YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO GET DARK COLORED HACKBERRY HUSTLERS. Absolutely everything devours them. Fantastic fights on light tackle against 3 oversized reds, biggest at 38". Finished ctd..

      Ctd... In less than 24 hours 26 specs, 3 of them 22"+ and 4 redfish, 3 oversized and two flounder. Fantastic fishing here. The trout are everywhere. Find bait, ...more find fish, easy as that.
