You know it's a big fish when you set the hook and it feels like you've snagged a log... Until you see a giant blob of bronze coming out of the crystal clear water. My first ever Lake Superior smallmouth and it was a good one, possibly close to my PB but of course I forgot the bump board back at the car 🙄🙄
