    The water is 39 degrees. I want to go fishing at the spillway tomoroiw. So the water is 39 degrees and the air is 50 degrees. I'm in ohio. What's the best ...more way to fish? For what species would be best to fish for in these conditions? Bait?

      Like @King_Fisher said a Minnow on a jig head would work or find a crappie tube and jig it real slow

      Nose hook it on a lighter jig head and work it slow @TennesseeTroutboy could give you some more info on that I would guess.
