      When I was younger before I got into bass fishing spent my whole day catching these suckers by the net full. It looks like a chub but there not I thought it was ...more to for a long time.

      to me that doesn't look like a baby bass I've caught plenty of baby bass and that's not one

      Baby bass for sure. If you will adjust the aspect ratio on your pictures to "square" before you post them they won't get all distorted
